Needed to hear this. I have grown kids who bombard me daily and incessantly as I raise one of their special needs kids. Its exhausting and hurtful and because they are my children I feel obligated to follow through. I have been searching for a comfortable way to do this, but I suppose the comfortable part needs to be removed.
